Return Policy
All of our apparel products are custom printed to order. This allows us offer a wider variety of designs, colors, and sizing options while being more environmentally friendly by creating less waste, and without the need to maintain a warehouse and carry physical inventory.
Ordered Wrong Color, Style, Size, etc.
Since every order is printed specifically for you, we do not carry inventory and are not able to simply re-stock items.
Because of this, we are not able to not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues, accidental orders of wrong sizes/colors/styles, or other similar issues. Please ensure that you double check the size and color before you place your order and refer to our size guide on each product page if unsure.
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges unless your order is incorrect or you received a damaged/defective item. Please see above & below for additional information.
Orders with Manufacturing Errors or Damage
If you have a damaged/defective item, please reach out to support@fifteestates.com with your order number and a picture of the damage and we are happy to offer a refund or replace the item. Requests for replacements must be made within 14 days your order being marked as received.
